Ordering

You can cancel or skip your next renewal by logging in to your account.

Yes! If you restart using the same account, our system will know which boxes you've received and send the next one in the series.

Yes, absolutely. Please contact us with the details and we'll help you continue the adventure!

Yes, choose “This is a gift” at checkout. You can then choose how many shipments you want it to be. Please note – your plan will auto-cancel once the number of shipments have been paid for; any shipments pre-paid for will still stand.

Cost

The adventures start from:

£14.95 / US$24.91 / CA$27.91 / AU$30.41 / €17.25 per month on a 12-month pre-pay plan

Upgrade cost per child:

£4.95 / US$6.95 / CA$9.95 / AU$10.95 / €5.95 per month on any plan.

Upgrade includes one extra item included in each month’s delivery (for example a key-ring, magnet, 3d model kit).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

We accept international orders! You can pay in your local currency. Select your currency from the menu at the top of the page.

For monthly subscriptions, payment is taken on the date you sign up, and then on the same date each subsequent month. For pre-paid plans, the full amount is taken when you order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. You can pay in UK£ | US$ | CA$ | AU$ | Euro.

Your first box will be shipped within 2-3 working days of your order. Future boxes are shipped around the same time each month.

UK orders typically take 2-3 working days. International orders usually arrive within 5-12 working days, depending on the destination.

Yes! You can order specific single packs from our Shop if you'd like to receive them all at once.

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe (10 days for UK, 20 days for International), please contact us at info@mysteriesintime.com and we'll investigate for you.

No. If you use the same email address, our system remembers your history and will resume sending the next adventure in the sequence.

Simply log in to your account area to update your shipping address or payment method.

We want every child to love their history adventure. If it's not a good fit, please contact us. We can refund any unsent boxes on a pre-paid plan.

Schools

Absolutely! We have 12 fascinating topics to choose from. Choose the topic, then the pack size, then place the order.

No. Our school packs are one-off purchases, so there is no recurring subscription commitment.

Yes! If you need a specific quantity or combination of resources, please contact us at schools@mysteriesintime.com for a quote.

Schools can pay by card online, or request an invoice to pay by BACS/Check.
