Frontier Outlaws!

🏜️ Wild West Outlaws for Kids

Wild West outlaws were people who broke the law during the time of the American frontier in the 1800s. Some outlaws became famous for robbing banks, trains and stagecoaches, while others stole cattle or horses.

During the early years of the Wild West, many towns were small and far apart. Because there were few law officers and limited communication, it could be difficult to catch criminals quickly. This allowed some outlaws to travel between towns and avoid capture for a time.
